In an Emergency 

During surgery hours

Any patients requiring urgent attention are always offered an appointment to attend on the same day.

Please telephone as early in the day as possible to enable us to fit you in. If you arrive at reception without an appointment you may have a long wait. We like to be punctual and feel that it is not fair to keep the patients with appointments waiting by trying to fit patients in between appointments.

Out of Hours

A service for registered patients of the practice: Please phone the surgery or 08450568298 if the practice is closed for advice.

You may also have to go to through to Hull for specialist treatment as we now have an arrangement to refer patients to this emergency centre..

If you are a member of our practice plan and are away from home you can also contact DPAS on the numbers provided for the UK and abroad.

Membership Benefits For Emergency Treatment.

For all our registered patients if you have an emergency away from home in the UK or abroad please be aware that you can claim back for this treatment. Please make sure you get a receipt and call into the practice to fill out a claim form - which we will assist you with.

Trauma Cover with Our Practice Plan.

Please also be aware if you are registered on our practice plans, if you suffer a trauma i.e fall or suffer knock to mouth, you can claim for treatment required due to the injury. Please book an appointment as soon as possible if trauma etc and we will carry out any relevant treatment and claim for this for you. We have in some cases even had to claim towards the fee of an implant referral, where no other treatment was possible.
