I am sad to say that we are still having issues with our phone lines. We have contacted our providers numerous times in the past couple of weeks to fix the issues, however we still find ourselves suffering! We are unable to ring out as well as you being able to call in.

We are truly sorry for the massive inconvenience it is causing, and thank you to everyone being patient with us.

Please do not worry about missing appointments from being unable to cancel them – we fully understand this is proving impossible at the moment!

I cannot apologise enough about this inconvenience, and assure you that we will have the phones up and running as soon as we possibly can.
